I have been dealing with my own Bipolar for 6 years, and also helping my boyfriend manage it.
I thought one day that I should unite with others, and advance my help. So, lol, now I am a grad student in PhD Clinical Psychology, and I think about all kind of situations in mental health every day. So, today, I'm thinking that it's time to have a blog, and see what happens!
